Sean Keith, Owner, Certified Personal Trainer
Sean has owned Vida Fitness for almost 20 years and has been training people for over 25. He has had certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Muscle and Fitness, and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Sean is a former Marine and police officer and has designed training programs for county SWAT officers DEA agents. Sean has worked with professional athletes including PGA and LPGA golfers, NFL players and pro surfers.
Charity Ross, Certified Personal Trainer
Charity has worked for almost 25 years and has worked for Vida Fitness for 12 of those. She is certified through the American Council 0n Exercise (ACE) and holds several other fitness and nutrition certifications. She loves working with elderly clients, pairs and small groups. Charity can also ramp up the intensity as she has trained many athletes and really enjoys pushing people to their limits. She's pretty awesome.

Dr. Mark Nelson, M.D., FACC, MPH, Certified Personal Trainer
Mark is a retired cardiologist who transitioned from treating disease to training clients so they can achieve optimal fitness, strength and longevity.
Mark is a Certified Personal Trainer with the ISSA and is also certified in Exercise Recovery, Functional Aging, Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning.
Mark has worked with clients and patients over the years, helping them understand and practice healthy habits with an emphasis on functional fitness, strength, agility, mobility and balance as well as the importance of healthy muscle, healthy nutrition and adequate sleep.
He has given many talks on preventing and reversing cardiovascular disease, achieving healthy weight loss, muscle health & longevity, the importance of physical activity, preventing and reversing sarcopenia (the loss of skeletal muscle as we age) and the critical role a healthy lifestyle plays in preventing and potentially reversing chronic disease.
